After nearly three decades leading teams in technology, Denise took a leap of faith. Alongside her husband Marcus, she acquired Sawa in Boynton Beach with a clear purpose: to honor the warm hospitality and quality that guests already love, while building something lasting for the community.

The roots of this journey run deep. Denise’s mother, a Thai-Chinese immigrant, raised seven children on her own and built successful restaurants through sheer determination and care. That legacy of resilience, family, and food continues here at Sawa.
